The IDI Core Laboratory, affiliated with Makerere University, provides state-of-the-art molecular, immunopathology, and flow cytometry diagnostics. While IDI focuses on infectious diseases, these platforms are also applied in oncology research and diagnostics, especially for cancers linked to infections (such as cervical cancer and Kaposi’s sarcoma).
