Arua Regional Cancer Centre
Arua Regional Referral
The Arua Regional Cancer Centre (ARCC) is a public, specialized tertiary care facility located within the Arua Regional Referral Hospital campus in Arua City, Northern Uganda. Established in 2017 by the Uganda Ministry of Health, ARCC aims to decentralize cancer care, providing accessible services to the West Nile sub-region. ARCC collaborates with the Uganda Cancer Institute (UCI) and Muni University, integrating research and education into its operations. In March 2025, the government announced plans to construct a standalone regional cancer center in Arua, aiming to expand and improve cancer care services in the region.
