This is a public, specialized tertiary care facility located in Mbale City, Eastern Uganda. Established by the Uganda Ministry of Health, MbRCC aims to decentralize oncology services, providing accessible cancer treatment, research, and education to the Eastern Region. MbRCC offers comprehensive oncology care, including diagnostics, treatment, and palliative care. The establishment of this center addresses the increasing cancer burden in Uganda, aiming to reduce patient congestion at the Uganda Cancer Institute (UCI) in Kampala
