CanSupport, founded in 1996 and based in New Delhi, India, is the country’s largest free home-based palliative care provider for cancer patients. It offers holistic services including pain and symptom management, counselling, bereavement support, outpatient and mobile clinics, as well as caregiver and peer support groups. The organization also facilitates access to financial aid, medicines, and equipment for underprivileged patients, and provides nutritional guidance as part of its care model. Beyond direct services, CanSupport plays a key role in training healthcare workers, raising community awareness, and advocating for wider adoption of palliative care across India, with operations spread across Delhi-NCR and several northern states.
