Genesis Cancer and Palliative Care Foundation is a registered non-governmental organization based in Sala Sala, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, dedicated to reducing the burden of cancer through awareness, early detection, treatment support, and palliative care. Founded by Dr. Hellen R.
