The Kenya Hospices and Palliative Care Association (KEHPCA) is a national umbrella organisation that coordinates and supports palliative care services across Kenya. Established to strengthen hospice and palliative care provision, KEHPCA works with the Ministry of Health, hospitals, and community-based hospices to integrate palliative care into the health system. It focuses on training health professionals, advocacy, policy development, patient and family support, survivorship initiatives, and public education on cancer and life-limiting illnesses
