Uganda Rotary Cancer Program (URCP) is a non-governmental initiative spearheaded by Rotary Uganda, working in partnership with hospitals, government health agencies, and private stakeholders. While it is not a stand-alone NGO in the legal sense (it operates under the umbrella of Rotary Uganda, which is a service organization), it functions like one: mobilizing resources, building health infrastructure, and running nationwide cancer awareness and care programs independent of direct government funding
